Our High-Volume Sales Recruiter will help scale up our sales team to meet the growing demand for our services. If you have a proven track record in high-volume recruitment, pay meticulous attention to details, have exceptional organizational skills, and an understanding of the financial services/debt settlement industry, this may be the opportunity that you’ve been looking for! Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably in the financial services or debt settlement industry.

• Proficient skills in sourcing, interviewing, and assessing candidates’ qualifications.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

• Capability of establishing clear priorities and ability to reprioritize when multiple goals conflict.

• Strong sense of urgency and time management skills include but not limited to meeting deadlines.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

• Familiarity with the debt settlement industry and the specific competencies required for sales roles.


Responsibilities:

• Manages a large pipeline of candidates and fills open positions efficiently to meet the Company’s needs.

• Sources, prescreens, and interviews candidates primarily for sales roles.

• Ensures a positive and professional experience for all candidates, including providing timely communication and feedback.

• Develops and implements innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

• Understands and applies industry-specific requirements and qualifications in the recruitment process.

• Collaborates and partners with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensures alignment with Coastal Debt Resolve’s recruitment process.

• Maintains and updates candidate databases accurately and timely to ensure it is compliant with data privacy regulations.

• Tracks and reports to the Executive team the recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and candidate quality.

This position is exclusively onsite based out of our beautiful office in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Typical working hours are 9 am – 6 pm with some flexibility required for high-volume periods.
